Job Title: Building Performance and Sustainability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Performance and Sustainability Engineer to join our team at iO Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality building performance and sustainability services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize IES software for calculations related to heat loss, overheating, ventilation, energy analysis, and CFD analysis.
  • Use design software such as One Click LCA, BREEAM Projects, SAP (Stroma), Hevacomp, IES, Revit, Bluebeam, and Hevacomp.
  • Ensure that the EPC and SBEM/SAP computations are completed.
