Process Engineer Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled process engineer to join Expert Employment and lead the refining operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in refining processes and possess excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement refining processes to drive business success.
  2. Lead a team of scientists, metallurgists, and engineers.
  3. Collaborate with the head of process to optimize and improve refinery operations.
  4. Implement best practices and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  5. Stay ahead of industry advancements by applying innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Chartered professional status is a strong asset.
  • Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of processing technologies at industrial scales.
  • Proficiency in process engineering software such as SysCAD, MetSim, or similar tools.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $160,000 - $220,000.
