Refinery Project Specialist

The refinery project requires a skilled Business Analyst to work with subject matter experts and gather requirements for a leading oil and gas major. As a Refinery Project Specialist, you will play a crucial role in defining project objectives, conducting business analysis, and ensuring the delivery team understands project requirements.
Your responsibilities will include tracking project progress, identifying risks, and working closely with stakeholders to meet project milestones and define acceptance criteria for go-live.
The ideal candidate should bring extensive experience in refinery projects, as well as expertise in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and process improvement.

Requirements
- Previous experience in refinery projects
- Strong background in business analysis (IIBA CBAP or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000 per year
