Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of ecologists to manage workload and ensure technical quality.
  • Develop and implement ecological strategies to support clients' projects, including survey and mitigation programs.
  • Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of our ecological services and ensure they meet the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in ecological impact assessment and mitigation design.
  • Strong understanding of UK habitats and protected species, including survey and mitigation licenses.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders.
