Job Overview

This position demands expertise in psychological assessment and therapy. The successful candidate will provide guidance on clients' care to colleagues and other carers, ensuring seamless integration within our multidisciplinary team.

Main Objectives

  • Lead comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for children and young people.\
  • Foster strong relationships with adoptive families and families under special guardianship orders.\
  • Embed the Child, Young People and Family Service as a core component of Psicon's offerings.\
  • Pursue opportunities for service growth with our leadership team.\
