Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Staffing Manager. This is a full-time position based in the UK, with a salary of £35,000 per annum.
About the RoleIn this key role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our sites are always supported with the right team. You will be the bridge between our sites and the central team, managing scheduling and staffing logistics, and maintaining clear channels of communication.
The ideal candidate will have strong planning and organisation skills, as well as excellent people management and time management abilities. They will also have decision-making skills, creative thinking, written communication, leadership skills, and networking experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing email inquiries, responding to them in a timely manner, and booking confirmations on a daily basis. You will also manage scheduling and deployment of staff using online booking platforms, such as Rotacloud, and ensure that the right calibre and quantity of staff are booked for each site in line with their requests.
You will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure staffing levels are kept inline with business needs, support with conducting interviews, and the whole recruiting process. You will also actively encourage staff feedback from sites and follow up with appropriate actions.
You will ensure recharge sheets are always completed and kept up to date, support Finance Administrator with any recharge queries, processing of expenses for staff members, and overall efficient management of CST resources.
