The role offers a hybrid working pattern, allowing for a balance between working from home and in the office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices into the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Reconciling credit cards and bank accounts, maintaining a high level of financial accuracy.
  • Maintaining the busy accounts payable inbox and responding to supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Processing weekly payment runs, ensuring all payments are made on time.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in an Accounts department, specializing in Accounts Payable, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively respond to queries and provide clear explanations.
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and strong Excel skills, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic formulas to analyze and present financial data.
