As a Multilingual Customer Support Advisor - German, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to clients across Europe. Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage customer relationships, respond to queries, and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

  3. Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including feedback and complaint resolutions.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  6. Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product offerings, market trends, and best practices in customer service.

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on experience.
