Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our team as an Enterprise Technology Advisor. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through long-term strategic decisions and shaping their IT infrastructure. Your role will involve providing proactive and reactive support, spearheading cutting-edge technology projects, and acting as a trusted IT advisor.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies that meet client objectives
* Provide expert-level technical support and act as an escalation point for helpdesk teams
* Plan, manage, and deliver innovative IT projects that exceed client expectations
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions

Requirements
* Proven experience in server administration, networking, firewalls, antivirus, and disaster recovery solutions
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Azure knowledge is a plus)
* Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
* A clear understanding of GDPR and UK data privacy laws
* A proactive attitude toward professional development, with a desire to pursue Microsoft certifications (Associate level or above)
