Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic First-Class Psychology Graduate to join our SEND Department as a Mental Health Support Specialist.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced members of the SEN team to provide emotional, behavioural, and SEN support to students. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting students with SEN in 1:1 and group interventions
  • Working alongside experienced Psychologists and Support workers
  • Providing emotional and behavioural support to students
  • Taking part in the work of the SEND Department
  • Getting involved in the implementation of processes and procedures
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A First-Class Psychology Degree from a Top 20 UK University
  • Previous experience working with children in a child-centred environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
