Job Title: Education and Training Specialist

Location: London

Salary: £16 - 18 per hour

The successful candidate will deliver and facilitate the core tutorial curriculum through group sessions, using provided resources. This includes starting tutorials with a review of the group's attendance and addressing engagement issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering and facilitating the core tutorial curriculum through group sessions as per the scheme of work (SOW), using provided resources.
  • Starting tutorials with a review of the group's attendance and addressing engagement issues.
  • Conducting 1:1 tutorials, setting and reviewing SMART targets in collaboration with teaching staff.
  • Servicing students with progression, including UCAS guidance for Level 3 students.
  • Monitoring at-risk learners and collaborating with parents, teachers, and support teams to keep them engaged.
  • Assisting students with work experience placements and logging their hours.
  • Representing students and the college in internal and external meetings.
  • Maintaining accurate records on Pro-Monitor.
  • Working within curriculum teams to provide pastoral support and improve learner outcomes.
