Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Educational Support Specialist to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. In this role, you will provide individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and work closely with the schools SENDCo to develop tailored support plans.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in psychology and experience working with children with SEN. A 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology Degree from a leading UK University is required, and previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN, assisting with both in-class and out-of-class interventions.
  2. Work closely with teachers to encourage student progress and help boost attainment.
  3. Support a variety of special educational needs and collaborate with the SENDCo to tailor support plans.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive excellent benefits, including opportunities for CPD and a supportive work environment.
