Estee Lauder - Brand Manager Position

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of Counter Manager for our esteemed brand, Estee Lauder. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team, drive sales growth, and provide exceptional customer service.

As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and effective team management. You will have total accountability for achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take charge of their own store/counter and make a significant impact on our business. If you are an ambitious self-starter with a flair for business planning and a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential, this could be the perfect role for you.

The ideal candidate will have proven retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment. You should have experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, staff scheduling, and previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.

In addition, we are looking for someone with a proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed. Experience of creating and executing in-store events and flexible availability across days/hours would also be beneficial.
