About the Role:
  • Manage and coordinate site management functions for external facade activities and roofing packages.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and programme requirements.
  • Work closely with the commercial team on site, discussing procurement and variations as needed.
  • Lead a team of up to 10 staff, including technical knowledge of short-term programming and construction methodology.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in managing roofing or facade packages.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations, including health and safety laws and their application.
  • Experience in delivering construction packages, including facade and roofing.
  • Good people management skills and experience in leading teams.
  • Black CSCS Card and SMSTS certification.
