Location: West London

Salary: Competitive package including car or allowance, travel/mileage, health, pension, bonus etc.

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead the Roofing and Facade packages for a new c£50m+ Healthcare project in West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all site management functions for external façade activities and roofing packages, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Quality, and Programme requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site management functions for external façade activities and roofing packages.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Quality, and Programme requirements.
  • Work closely with the commercial team on site, discussing procurement and variations as needed.
  • Lead a team of c10 staff, including technical knowledge of short-term programming and construction methodology.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager with a Top 100 Main Contractor.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations, including H&S laws and their application.
  • Experience in delivering Construction packages, including Facade and Roofing.
  • Good people management skills and technical knowledge of short-term programming and construction methodology.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or comparable qualification.
  • Black CSCS Card.
  • SMSTS.
