Job Title: Senior Site Manager/Site Manager

Bouygues UK is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager/Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing packages for internal trades before the Invitation to Tender, participating in design coordination, and managing a team of site managers and assistant site managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare packages for internal trades before the Invitation to Tender
  • Participate in design coordination, including managing subcontractors with design portions
  • Manage a team of site managers and assistant site managers, ensuring delegation, tracking, and checking of work
  • Have a broad view of architectural packages, including commercial and technical aspects
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of UK building regulations, including UK H&S construction laws and their application
  • Ability to manage subcontractors
  • Experience in participating and preparing tenders for sub-contractors
  • Main contractor experience
  • SMSTS and CSCS certifications, current
  • Stress management skills
  • High levels of quality standards
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and produces accurate work
