About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Cityscape Consult. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will be responsible for cost estimating, regular reporting to clients, and cost control from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost estimating and budgeting for construction projects
  • Regular reporting to clients on project progress and costs
  • Cost control and management from inception to completion
  • Take offs and measurements for accurate cost estimation
About the Team

You will be working in our residential sector, focusing on high-end residential and luxury homes. Our team is progressive, forward-thinking, and committed to delivering exceptional results. As a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company.

Requirements
  • Strong experience in the residential sector
  • Exceptional client-facing skills and ability to manage projects ranging in value
  • Resilience and assertiveness in a fast-paced environment
  • MRICS preferred but not essential
