Registered Nurse Dementia Care Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team at a developing care provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a first-class dementia care environment and develop your career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, providing direct nursing support and administering medications as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.
  • Monitor and record resident progress, responding to their needs and assisting with training and supervision of care staff.
Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN/RMN) with relevant qualifications.
  • Valid NMC pin.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
