National Customs Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled National Customs Sales Manager to join our team at Kuehne + Nagel AS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving national account growth and developing strategic plans to win large/multicounty and SME opportunities in stand-alone customs business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales programs and strategies to drive growth in customs value-added services.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with account owners to close deals.
- Work closely with teams to develop strategic target account plans and respond to RFQ or RFI inquiries.
- Evaluate and review opportunities for cross-selling to existing KN customers.
- Develop pricing models to win opportunities and maintain profitability.
- Experience in Logistics, Industry, and/or Customs Brokerage.
- Strong commercial skill set and understanding of the customs market.
- Project and time management skills, including the ability to direct multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in working in cross-functional & geographically dispersed teams, and being a self-starter.
- Understanding of both operational and financial management aspects.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and develop creative solutions.
- Strong computer skills and technology acumen.
