About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Customs Sales Manager to join our team at Kuehne + Nagel AS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving national account growth and developing strategic plans to win large/multicounty and SME opportunities in stand-alone customs business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales programs and strategies to drive growth in customs value-added services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with account owners to close deals.
  • Work closely with teams to develop strategic target account plans and respond to RFQ or RFI inquiries.
  • Evaluate and review opportunities for cross-selling to existing KN customers.
  • Develop pricing models to win opportunities and maintain profitability.
Requirements
  • Experience in Logistics, Industry, and/or Customs Brokerage.
  • Strong commercial skill set and understanding of the customs market.
  • Project and time management skills, including the ability to direct multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in working in cross-functional & geographically dispersed teams, and being a self-starter.
  • Understanding of both operational and financial management aspects.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong computer skills and technology acumen.
