We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager to join our successful independent estate agency in the Norwich area.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and negotiation, with a passion for property and a friendly approach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Successfully negotiating offers and driving sales progression
  • Arranging and attending viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Cross-selling and upselling services to clients
  • Assisting in managing the team and driving business growth
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients

In return, we offer a competitive basic salary of up to £25,000, with a realistic OTE of up to £45,000 (uncapped). You will also benefit from a 5-day working week, full support from the Director, and opportunities for career progression.
