Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Norwich branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all departments and providing guidance and support to your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of depot operatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the building merchant, building plastics or construction industry.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of building plastics and related products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
