About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Evening Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Leonardo Royal Hotel London City. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading our evening food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the Food and Beverage Manager in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Food and Beverage Manager in managing daily operations and supervising service delivery.
  • Help to meet and exceed guest expectations by offering exceptional hospitality and ensuring high-quality food and beverage service.
  • Support with the training and coaching of new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
  • Be creative and bring ideas to the table to improve our food and beverage offerings and enhance the guest experience.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team.
  • Support with the delivery of events and functions to create memorable experiences for our guests.
