As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading our evening food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the growth and development of our team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Evening Food and Beverage Operations: Supervise and manage the evening food and beverage team, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Support Team Development: Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting career growth and development.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, Heads of Department, and other colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive results.
  • Improve Guest Experience: Identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction, implementing initiatives to improve service quality, and ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage Events: Support the delivery of events, including weddings, conferences, and other special occasions, ensuring that all events are executed to the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of success in leading teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective solutions to drive results.
  • Guest Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a focus on ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
