We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Evening Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Leonardo Royal Hotel London City. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading our evening food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the growth and development of our team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Evening Food and Beverage Operations
    • Support the Food and Beverage Manager in managing daily operations and supervising service delivery
    • Help to meet and exceed guest expectations by offering exceptional hospitality
    • Support with the training and coaching of new team members
  • Develop and Implement Operational Strategies
    • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement operational strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Lead by Example
    • Set a positive tone and lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to excellence
    • Support and motivate team members to achieve their full potential

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
