Unit Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Unit Manager to join our team at Canterbury Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing oversight and direction to our clinical team on a Vent-Specialty Unit (LTAC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report any concerns to the medical team.
Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Experience as a supervisor in a specialized unit.
