Unit Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Unit Manager to join our team at Canterbury Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
About the Role:
- Provide leadership and oversight to a clinical team of assigned vent unit.
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical team.
- Review care plans daily to ensure appropriate care is being rendered.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly.
Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Experience as a supervisor in a specialized unit.
