Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Autism Support Assistant to work in one of our partner schools in Bromley. The successful candidate will have a First-Class Bachelor's Degree from a leading UK University and prior experience working with young people in an educational capacity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A First-Class Bachelor's Degree from a leading UK University
- Prior experience working with young people in an educational capacity
- Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices
- Patience and empathy for people who may not respond to mainstream teaching methods
- Extracurricular hobbies like sports, art, or music that can be used to connect with students and integrate into school life (desired, not essential)
