Job Overview:

We are recruiting a skilled Engineering Supervisor to oversee our engineering team in our food production facility. As we continue to grow, this role will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving production processes, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  2. Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
  3. Oversee maintenance and repair of production machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functionality.
  4. Develop preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the production facility.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions enhancing productivity.
  7. Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
  1. Relevant Engineering qualifications.
  2. Proven experience in a supervisory role within a food production or manufacturing environment.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repair processes for production equipment.
  5. Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
Benefits:
