About the Role

Fleet Tutors is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Tutor to provide academic support to students with special educational needs and SEMH requirements. As a Tutor, you will work with learners in their homes or schools, delivering one-to-one or small group tuition sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of your learners.
  • Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with guardians and teachers to ensure academic success.
  • Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and learner performance.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 6 months UK teaching/tutoring experience.
  • Eligible to work in the UK and willing to undergo a DBS check.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and experience supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs.
