Job Title: Transport Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to drivers, including briefing and debriefing, preparing paperwork, and filing.
  • Manage driver adjustment queries and customer credits using SAP.
  • Perform cash office duties and invoicing.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  • Prioritize tasks to manage daily workload and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Experience in administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of fleet or transport operations is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
