About the Role:

FIRST Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide end-user services to all UK branch users. The successful candidate will maintain and support locally managed applications, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to branch users, including training on bank systems and applications.
  • Install, configure, and maintain various branch IT systems and components.
  • Ensure system components are updated and operating.
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Perform daily IT-related operational tasks and maintain necessary logs.
  • Other IT-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education in Information Technology or related field.
  • Previous experience in end-user support technology.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Windows Operating Systems, and laptop management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
