About the Role

As Deputy Company Secretary, you will provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Board and Executive Committee, acting as the lead regulatory and governance expert for the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR). You will report to either the Co-Sec or Chief Risk Officer and work closely with the team to ensure the effective governance of the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial support to the Board and Executive Committee

  • Work closely with the team to ensure effective governance
  • Support the Chief Risk Officer in expanding the team and enhancing the function
Requirements
