We are seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Position holder to lead our sales team in Coventry, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction, with an estimated salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging CRM software and Microsoft Office tools, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management, utilizing in-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, identifying new sales opportunities and optimizing sales efforts.
  • Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development, with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth, collaborating with marketing and product teams to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by building strong relationships and delivering high-quality results, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, with a competitive salary and benefits package including pension scheme and healthcare benefits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with in-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.
