About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, including use of hoists and slings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
