About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Choice Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and emotional support. You will work closely with our management team and other care professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.

We offer a comprehensive training program for our Care Assistants, which includes induction training, on-the-job training, and ongoing support and development opportunities. You will have the opportunity to gain a Level 2 or 3 NVQ qualification in care, which will enhance your skills and knowledge and support your career progression.
