About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Choice Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and emotional support. You will work closely with our management team and other care professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.

We offer a comprehensive training program for all new recruits, which includes induction training and on-the-job mentoring. You will also have the opportunity to achieve a Level 2 or 3 NVQ qualification in care, which will enhance your skills and knowledge in the care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
  • Work closely with management team and other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Driving Licence and use of a car
