Job Description

Niche Education Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Teaching Assistant to join our team in a school located in Seaham.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working as a teaching assistant in a school setting or possess transferable skills from another sector. Previous experience working with children or young adults, especially those with SEND, is highly desirable.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who can engage with children and young adults, enforce positive behaviour, and build strong relationships with them.
