About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Trainer to join our team at EMED Group. As a National Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to new starters across various divisions within the region and nationally. Your primary duties will include conducting First Aid Accredited qualifications, driver training, and assessments. You will also be responsible for supporting and motivating learners to ensure their progression and providing guidance and resources to address additional learning needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of company induction to new starters across all divisions within the region/nationally
  • Annual refresher training across all divisions within the region/nationally
  • Conducting relevant First Aid Accredited qualifications
  • Conducting driver training/assessing
  • Supporting/motivating learners to ensure progression
  • Supporting, training, assessing, and coaching part-time trainers within the region
  • Supporting, training, assessing, and coaching mentors within the region
  • Maintaining and reporting on training compliance regularly

Requirements

  • AET Qualified (desirable)
  • Level 3 CAVA (or equivalent) or working towards
  • Level 4 education and Training (or equivalent) or working towards
  • Assessor Qualification
  • Driver instructor qualification/ADI/ROSPA (or equivalent)
  • Mental Health First Aider
  • Coaching or mentoring experience
