VANRATH is assisting a major Manufacturing company in the recruitment of a senior HR Administrator.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including preparation of files and policies for audits, absence management processes, and administration of benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation of files and policies for audits, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support absence management processes, including tracking and reporting on employee absences.
  • Administer benefits programs, including management of benefits platforms and payment of vendors.
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate administration of the UK payroll.
  • Maintain confidentiality on all Human Resource issues and provide full administrative support to the HR team.
  • Responsible for the collation of metrics and data to support decision-making.
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, including liaison with IT.
  • Seek opportunities to innovate and automate HR delivery using technology.
  • Support recruitment campaigns, including job descriptions, advertising, and interview processes.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 3 or Business related qualification.
  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Strong ability with Microsoft Excel.
  • Exposure to payroll administration.
