About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Team Leader to join our Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in supporting and managing our EIP service, which covers the Borough of Havering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide continuing management, leadership, and development responsibilities to ensure the effective delivery of clinical/evidence-based practice by the team.
  • Ensure all performance management and clinical governance arrangements are in place.
  • Hold a small caseload of 10 patients and provide direct clinical care.
Requirements
  • Registered RMN with experience of EIP and community mental health.
  • Leadership and clinical experience of working in community mental health.
  • Management skills, including experience of working in EIP.
