Regional Marketing Manager

Our client, a global organisation, is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager Segment to join their team on a 3-month temporary contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and activities to activate agreed BU segment marketing strategies and activities for the area of responsibility.
- Develop, manage and implement marketing plans and activities for assigned segment for a region of responsibility in line with BU guidelines.
- Define route to market and work with sales and customer marketing teams to establish optimal channel plan for the segment and end customer development.
- Gather end customer market data, needs, trends, competitive segment landscape; select and participate in regional/local segment associations.
- Translate segment marketing materials and content for different tools.
- Drive lead generation by validating and following up activities such as (outbound) Distributors, Trade Shows, Advertising/DM campaigns, etc.
- As the regional segment subject matter expert, conduct segment training in sales, including eLearnings.
- Manage assigned A&P budget and allocate to different marketing activities, in alignment with brand, product and customer marketing.
