Regional Marketing Manager Segment Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager Segment to join our team at Response Personnel Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and activities to activate agreed BU segment marketing strategies and activities for the area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and implement marketing plans and activities for assigned segment for a region of responsibility in line with BU guidelines.
  • Define route to market and work with sales and customer marketing teams to establish optimal channel plan for the segment and end customer development.
  • Gather end customer market data, needs, trends, competitive segment landscape; select and participate in regional/local segment associations.
  • Together with the product team, responsible for securing launch events on country level.
  • Translate segment marketing materials and content for different tools.
  • Select and organise segment trade shows.
  • Drive lead generation by validating and following up activities such as (outbound) Distributors, Trade Shows, Advertising/DM campaigns, etc.
  • As the regional segment subject matter expert, conduct segment training in sales, including eLearnings.
  • Manage assigned A&P budget and allocate to different marketing activities, in alignment with brand, product and customer marketing.
  • Implement ROI model and KPI's, evaluate, follow up and implement corrective actions where needed.

Requirements:
