Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Safety Data Coordinator to join our team at Metroline Ltd. As a key member of the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) Team, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential data analysis, systems support, and technical expertise.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling documentation and reports, facilitating the use of all relevant systems, and ensuring ease of use and positive support experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent customer service and act as the first point of contact for SHEQ system enquiries via email and telephone.
  • To develop and implement efficient systems and manage data and processes effectively.
  • To support the implementation of Microsoft planner/Lists to support the monitoring of the SHEQ workplan and projects.
  • To facilitate the use of all relevant systems, ensuring ease of use and positive support experiences.

Essential Criteria:

  • Ability to be proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to be accountable for project success.
  • Experience of planning, implementing, and measuring processes to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Experience of working with/editing documentation for media or website communications.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
