Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Support Specialist to join our team at Qube Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise sales orders, purchase orders, sales invoices, credit notes, and new project details in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process credit card expenses and ensure all relevant receipts are provided.
  • Respond to time-critical emails and actions from clients or colleagues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Create new customers and vendors in our finance system.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the financial controller, group transactional manager, or CFO to support finance, HR, and/or operational staff.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within financial services.
  • A good understanding of sales ledger, purchase ledger, and credit control.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Knowledge of financial procedures and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Teams.
