Financial Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Support Specialist to join our team at Qube Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' financial needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Raise sales orders, purchase orders, sales invoices, credit notes, and new project details in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process credit card expenses and ensure all relevant receipts are provided.
- Respond to time-critical emails and actions from clients or colleagues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Create new customers and vendors in our finance system.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the financial controller, group transactional manager, or CFO to support finance, HR, and/or operational staff.
- Previous experience in a similar role within financial services.
- A good understanding of sales ledger, purchase ledger, and credit control.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Knowledge of financial procedures and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Teams.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.
