Management Accountant Opportunity

We are working with a Northallerton based client who are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to support their finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Finance Business Partner in maintaining financial control for all business segments
  • Produce management accounts and budgets
  • Collaborate with the HWRC Administrator to ensure timely processing of transactions, charges, and rebates
  • Generate financial reports as required
  • Monitor and maintain balance sheet controls, providing support for key elements
  • Assist with the production of Year End and auditor information

Ideal Candidate:

  • Currently progressing with AAT and/or actively pursuing a professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
  • Understanding of financial operations and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Experience with modern financial systems, such as Sage 200
  • High numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to evaluating numbers and ensuring accuracy
