Job Overview:

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to drive growth within our premium drinks wholesaler client across the North of London. The ideal candidate will have a background in beer or wholesale, with a focus on draught products.

About the Role:

  • New business development and existing business maintenance, with a focus on independent venues and small regional groups.
  • Building long-term trading relationships with key volume and image accounts.
  • Working closely with the ON TRADE Sector to promote the portfolio, grow distribution, and represent the family-run business.
  • Delivering brand education & training to suppliers, retailers, and consumers.
  • Qualitative selection and development of customers.
  • Identifying effective and beneficial sponsorship and promotional opportunities.
  • Feedback of customer opportunities and competitor threats.

Requirements:

  • A background in Drinks FMCG or Commercial sales.
  • Extensive experience in winning new business in the ON TRADE, with strong relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Be prepared to travel and work evenings and weekends when required.

Compensation:

The successful candidate can expect an estimated salary of up to £45,000 plus a car allowance and uncapped commission.
