Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Safety Consultant Lead to join our team as a Health and Safety Consultant.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about health and safety and want to make a positive impact across various sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading contractual service visits, providing valuable documentation and expert advice to clients, and building strong relationships with clients to deliver high-quality consultancy services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Professional Conduct: Conduct yourself professionally, adhering to all company policies and protocols.
  • Visit Management: Manage health and safety visits according to departmental guidelines.
  • Client Guidance: Provide clients with guidance on Health and Safety Management systems.
  • Personal Lead: Act as a personal Health and Safety lead for your clients.
  • Ongoing Training: Participate in ongoing training to maintain your professional skills.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Health and Safety Regulations: Well-versed in Health and Safety regulations.
  • Communication Skills: A strong communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial Boundaries: Committed to delivering high-quality consultancy within commercial boundaries.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Process-Driven: Proactive and process-driven, ready to tackle multiple projects simultaneously.
