Job Description:
Semco Maritime, a leader in engineering services, is seeking an experienced Lead Technical Specialist to oversee process engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Lead process engineering activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company practices.
• Collaborate with clients to develop project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external consultants and vendors.
• Conduct process safety reviews and facilitate hazard analysis.
• Coordinate project execution, including schedule management and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Ensure quality control and assurance throughout project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Honours or above) and Professional/Chartered Engineer status.
• Strong understanding of process safety principles and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum,
