About the Role

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Senior Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Inverness and surrounding areas.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in plant, agricultural, REME, vehicle, or heavy machinery maintenance to take on a workshop/field-based role. As a Senior Plant Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair plant and heavy machinery
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance plans
  • Conduct regular inspections and perform necessary repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus benefits including a full management training program, career progression opportunities, a personal van, fuel card, phone, and life insurance.

Location

This is a workshop/field-based role, commutable from Inverness, Muir of Ord, Alness, Evanton, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

To be successful as a Senior Plant Maintenance Specialist, you will need:

  • A strong background in plant, agricultural, REME, vehicle, or heavy machinery maintenance
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
