**Job Title:** Aggregate Maintenance Specialist

The role of an Aggregate Maintenance Specialist involves working in a dynamic environment at Tarmac Dunain Mains Quarry, Inverness. As a key member of the Multi-Skilled Operational team, you will be responsible for maintaining mobile and static plant, ensuring high housekeeping standards.

This position requires a strong understanding of aggregates, operating machinery (excavator and loading shovel), and collaborating with the team for quality material and timely deliveries. Additionally, you will maintain a culture of zero harm and behavioral safety, adhering to Health and Safety measures.

**Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Knowledge of the industry, plant, and quarrying
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to site requirements
  • Self-motivation and ability to motivate colleagues
